One of our last developments in the domain of thermal treatment, that means driers and ovens, is a preheating oven for metal sheets.
In the industry, this kind of oven is for preheating both the front surfaces of the steel sheets and the sheet coils. The preheating will be necessary in order to avoid the dunting of the sheet when be trimmed during the pickling. It is made thin because of the high silicon content of the material.
Application areas for this kind of metal sheet are for example in the transformer production (electrical metal sheets).
