Münstermann designs, develops and manufactures air floatation dryers and ovens. Amongst other things the combination of a relatively lengthy drying process and double-sided coating of sheet-type materials by means of rollers, belt system or the like makes the transportation and the support of this material impossible. At this juncture the flotation dryer or oven come into use.
Münstermann designs, develops and supplies these units in which the materials are 'floated' through the process. Dryers and oven up to 600°C are possible: both units under normal atmospheric conditions and also oxygen-reduced atmosphere units (inert gas units).
Paper, aluminium foils and steel sheets (up to 1 mm) can be ‘floated’ through the unit.
