Since TechnoNICOL took over the Scottish glass wool manufacturer Superglass, major investments have been made in the entire plant. Among other things, a curing oven from Münstermann.

Compact curing oven concept for customer-specific space conditions

Münstermann wrapped up a completely new curing oven concept for the customer with integrated fans and burners. The replaced oven had separate heating chambers with increased space requirements. The new Münstermann oven is therefore a special solution adapted to customer requirements and the oven housing is completely adapted to the local conditions.

The curing oven itself consists of 5 zones and meets high safety requirements with captive key on the doors, design according to DIN 1539 etc.  

Münstermann also supplied the necessary scrubber system for the curing oven.

Tight schedule

The project was very time-critical right from the start and both Münstermann and the Superglass staff are proud to say that the schedule was met to the letter. All the more so, because from the very first day, saleable material was produced (see picture above).
