We develop and manufacture special machines with complex requirements for customers from all over the world. So that these requirements and expectations of the customers can be recorded and implemented, internal weekly project meetings of the departments are mandatory for every project. Here, the focus is on the optimal process and the individual goals of the project.
Quality planning
This results in a roadmap which allows the QA department to draw up a quality plan in each project phase, which is presented in a "Quality Control Plan (QCP)". In this plan, all relevant test steps, such as individual customer requests or requirements from standards, are recorded.

Die Qualitätssicherung über das QCP umfasst sowohl interne als auch externe Abnahmen von einzelnen Bauteilen, Baugruppen usw., um die geforderten Qualitätsansprüche und -anforderungen sicherzustellen.
Continuous testing and production controls
Inspection processes and the associated document flow are continuously reviewed and improved at our company and at our suppliers. As a result, we minimize deviations in our incoming goods department. Here, all relevant components are tested and the results are documented accordingly. The incoming goods department is therefore an important link in quality assurance at Münstermann.In order to be able to test the components and systems manufactured at our company, there is a factory production control. This means that all tests and trial runs are recorded and documented. Finally, a quality documentation is created, in which the sum of all tests can be found. This can of course be made available to the customer.
Audits and certifications
Overall, Münstermann maintains a cooperative management style through all departments. This enables a climate in which each individual works responsibly and carefully. Münstermann itself has been ISO 9001 certified since 1995. The quality management system is subject to regular audits and is kept up to date.
The CE marking of construction products and plants according to DIN is standard for us. Münstermann is DIN EN 1090 certified for this among other things, which allows us to realize projects up to EXC 3.
