Responsibility

Anton (journeyman metalworker): "Even as an apprentice, I always felt integrated and valued. Especially because what you build here also makes sense. In many other companies you only build apprenticeship pieces which nobody actually needs, that is different at Muensterman."

Every single employee in the Muensterman family business assumes responsibility and contributes to the success of the company with his actions. Each team member contributes his or her individual competences. Interdepartmental cooperation and mutual support take place at all levels. "Not my project" does not exist with us, because every project is "Muensterman's business". A high degree of personal responsibility and independence characterize all Muensterman.
