Application and special features

The filter unit is a process filter for a spray dryer for the production of copper oxychloride. The aim was to increase the capacity of the plant and modernize it. Since the substance to be filtered is highly corrosive, the filter was made entirely from copper sheets (3-5 mm thick).

Scope of delivery

The scope of delivery included engineering, delivery of housing parts and filter head with Pulse Jet cleaning and control system, disassembly, assembly and commissioning. The plant was installed in December 2016 and successfully put into operation.
