A new filter system for dust removal of a dry drum for petroleum coke and pitch coke was delivered. The system runs at temperatures of up to 170 °C. Münstermann was responsible for the dismantling of the old plant, the technical design, project engineering and planning of the new plant, including all further necessary units for the operation.

The filter system has been delivered including the fan, the associated control cabinet, the pressure control for the drum dryer, the piping required for the extraction, as well as the insulation of the filter and the insulation of the raw and pure gas pipes.

Carefree package

The complete assembly including commissioning of the entire plant was part of the order. Since the plant described above is a central production line for FerroCarbon, it was important to carry out the dismantling and assembly work within a very short time in order to achieve the lowest possible downtime. Münstermann needed only one week for the entire measure.
