Münstermann has supplied a unit to Bitterfeld, which is used in the de-dusting of bulk material catalysts. The filter unit is of the Type SK36/3.5m R with an extraction capacity of 10,000 Nm3/h for over 17 dusty areas (crushers, vibrating screens, bunkers and belts) and is completely made of stainless steel. 

The scope of delivery includes the pipeline network together with clamping ring joints, electric fans with silencers, control system, assembly and IBN.

The customer has decided for a Münstermann unit as we could offer a solution, which fitted very compactly into the existing buildings and we could supply a complete solution in stainless steel (turn key). Furthermore the well-sealed suction units guarantee the extraction speeds.
