In the production of aerated concrete complex transport units are required in order to cross-link all the stations necessary for the production process. Münstermann's conveyors undertake the tasks while being tied up in a tracked system, for example, to transport the moulds to the casting machine and then from the casting machine to the so-called reaction area. From the reaction area into the autoclaves and finally via the cooling of the casting mould to the cutting phase and up to the packing of the finished product.

An important system component part of the plant is the oiling station for the casting moulds. These casting moulds are oiled so that the aerated concrete blocks are later easily released from the moulds.

The loading and discharging of the autoclaves take place by means of special transfer cars, which can carry frames for the aerated concrete, measuring 7 x 2 x 2.5 metres (length x width x height) and weighing 25 tonnes. These linear conveying systems including an automated cleaning station ensure a safe and quick transportation of the molds on the tracks.

Through modular design of the conveyor systems it is possible to cross link the different arrangements of the individual production stations with one another.
