Climate change is one of the most urgent global challenges facing us all. Responsible and sustainable use of resources is very important to us as a company. Climate protection is therefore naturally part of our social and corporate responsibility.
In our research and development, we are therefore constantly working to develop individual solutions for plant engineering that are as material- and energy-saving as possible and to implement them sustainably for our customers in a wide range of industries. Since we ourselves want to set a good example, we also think of small and larger measures in operational environmental protection to achieve sustainable effects.
For example, our production hall in Telgte, which will be completed in 2022, is equipped with state-of-the-art building and air-conditioning technology. In Westbevern, we recently renewed the roof of our production hall in order to prepare for a climate-neutral future with our own photovoltaic system.
With the PV system come charging stations to further support the electromobility of our employees and visitors. In addition to more and more e-bikes and e-cars in our fleet, the first e-stacker is already on our company premises. Trend of our electrification: strongly increasing.
