We are involved in a wide range of projects both locally and internationally. We focus on the promotion of young people, who can try out with us. The project "Telgter Modell" initiated by us is a nationwide pioneer for sustainable networking between schools and business.
With the HOKO.LAB Powered by Münstermann, we have set up a place on our company premises, together with the Gesellschaft für Wirtschaftsförderung (GfW), where school students can discover their interest in MINT professions and programming through workshops. This is how we promote innovative strength and future viability.
We enable our employees to develop professionally and personally. In addition to the work-life balance that is practiced in our family-owned company, we support the volunteer work of our team members.
In our research and development activities, we are constantly working on developing and implementing individual solutions for plant engineering that are as material- and energy-saving as possible. And we also take our responsibility seriously when it comes to operational environmental protection and implement a wide range of measures to protect the environment.
