For the relocation of a cigarette production from the United Arab Emirates to Greece, Münstermann has supplied two lines for each 5 cigarette manufacturing machines consisting of the pneumatic cut tobacco transport from the PMD to the SMD and the dedusting of the cigarette manufacturing machines.

Part of the project is a central dust collection and compaction of the dust in a C48 cardboard box. In the production pipeline a speed measurement and regulation is implemented. The dedusting system has individually adjustable volume flow regulation for the extraction of every cigarette making machine.

The system is designed for outdoor installation and earthquake-proof. Additional fire dampers between the respective fire compartments complete the security concept.
