The modular Air Management System (AM System) optimizes a constant volume flow and negative pressure at the individual air extraction points, especially during interconnected process de-dusting with varying volumes of air. From this a lower basic load with significantly reduced energy consumption of the whole unit results.
In pneumatic conveying systems the velocity of the transported material is measured additionally, which leads to a more gentle transportation and savings in the raw material resources. Beside particularly designed constructive solutions such as pipeline routings and header (compensators) there are centralised control systems and such, which can be deployed individually at each extraction point.
