Material handling and conveyor systems
Whether roof tiles, backing bricks or facing bricks, we transport coarse ceramic products just as we do porcelain plates or washbasins made of fine ceramics. In both brick and porcelain production, high cycle times and gentle transport of kiln cars, which are often loaded with products that are susceptible to tipping, are essential. Our complete kiln transfer systems consist of transfer cars, linear conveyors in the storage as well as loading and unloading tracks, and positioning equipment. Our plants are specially designed to meet these requirements. In addition, we can take over the complete automation of the plant.
Complete systems for the ceramic industry
Often the customer requires that the project is developed as a turnkey project. For this requirement Münstermann has a number of established partner companies which, for example, take over the engineering, the project handling and the production of the components for complete plants (e.g. brickworks).
