Münstermann has also had very special successes in the training of its qualified workers this year.
Training at Münstermann is taken very seriously, as only motivated and qualified workers make it possible for them to maintain the high level of production and service to the customers. For this reason the level of the trainees (Production and Administration) stands at well over 10%. It is especially pleasing when one of the trainees endorses our effort with first-class grades.
In 2006 our former trainee, Michael Gerbert, was the Best Trainee in the Münster Rural District Guild and was also the Best Trainee in Metalwork and Constructional Engineering in the State of North Rhein Westphalia. Nation-wide he achieved a very creditable third place. Philipp Bussmann was Best Trainee in the Guild in the Urban District of Warendorf. Congratulations from the Münstermann management and all workers go out again to the prize winners.
