Surface filter with compressed air cleaning

Münstermann designed and supplied the new filter system and other required explosion protection components. A surface filter with compressed air cleaning and special flat bags is used here. The system achieves clean gas values of less than 5 mg / m³ (daily average).

The downflow of the exhaust air in the filter, together with the differential pressure-controlled compressed air cleaning, ensures optimal regeneration of the filter. An intelligent compressed air control enables the filter to be operated at a compressed air pressure of 2 bar.

A very satisfied customer

The filter and accessories were installed in the first quarter of 2017. Since then, the system has been running reliably and energy-saving to the great satisfaction of the customer.

We chose Münstermann as a supplier of the filter system, because the differential pressure of the system is - compared to other manufacturers - identical acquisition costs are much lower. In our case, the result was that the associated blower only has about 60% of the average power consumption of the competing products (here: 40 kW less). The installation of the filter system was carried out by two in-house technicians and was described as very simple. During operation, it turned out that the system corresponds exactly to the required parameters.
