Process automation and robotics

Through its own process automation department, Münstermann is able to offer complete solutions from a single source. Automation technology combines the product areas of drying plants, material handling and filter systems for plant engineering. Together with the customer and the in-house specialist departments, customer-specific, process engineering and / or logistical solutions are developed on the basis of the task, and an automation concept is then created.

From the development of the so-called service centre list for standard solutions to the preparation of detailed specifications and P&I diagrams for complex requirements, the scope of delivery and services is specified by us. Münstermann assumes the basic engineering, the switchgear construction, the creation of PLC and visualization software up to the commissioning and transfer to the customer.

In plant engineering, process control systems are frequently required to coordinate product flow and product monitoring. It is necessary to integrate various external systems in a control system. On request, Münstermann offers project handling and integration of these external systems.

The selection of the appropriate electrical switching devices is also of great importance for the reliability and quality of the system, just like the materials used in mechanical engineering. Often things like explosion protection classes and / or safety categories must be observed. We are not limited two on specific manufacturer, but rather meet the requirements and requirements of our customers (Siemens or Allen-Bradley equipment for example).

The design of the hardware and switching devices is carried out by our own department. For the manufacturing of the switching cabinet and the installation of the components, we use our long-standing and experienced partner companies.

A production plant can only work with the help of optimized process and automation technology. It does not matter whether it is the control of an individual drying plant or a complete control concept, including the control system for guiding several trades. Münstermann has its own department for process automation, with which we are able to offer complete solutions on the market from a single source.
