Two older filter systems from other manufacturers were rebuilt at our long-standing customer Jura Cement in Wildegg in Switzerland.The replacement was necessary because the procurement of spare parts and thus the reliability of the entire system has become difficult. Münstermann took over the project planning and production of the conversions.

Not just exchange, but additional optimizations

By using of filter cartridges instead of the old filter bags, the required filter area could be realized in significantly less available filter room. Therefore, the new filter heads could be significantly smaller than the previous ones. The no longer equipped chambers now serve as a large calming room in the filter and support the separation efficiency of the cartridges. The disassembly of the old filter heads and the closure of the no longer equipped filter head plates were carried out on site.

Extended scope of delivery

Münstermann supplied the new filter heads with the accessories and the piping. The assembly was carried out by a proven on-site team. Our customer is very satisfied with the new energy-saving solution, which runs very well.
