Plant engineering at the highest level, of course, also requires the possibility to carry out the necessary tests and measurements. Within the scope of new development, we are able to draw on a test centre with a wide range of possibilities.
Special equipment is also available for measurements and analyzes. Below you will find a small part of the available measuring instruments.
Our X-ray fluorescence analysis device for alloys and metals provides specific chemical compositions of materials for fast and accurate identification of alloys and pure metals. The chemical composition of alloys and their variants are recorded in seconds. We use the device for checking at the goods receipt or for checking the final product. All measurement results are documented in analysis protocols
The self-leveling rotary laser T330 supplies the laser source in the measuring system, a laser receiver measures the beam position. Flatness and straightness measurements can be carried out precisely and reproducibly. The range of this system is 80 m, an accuracy of < 0.02 mRad is reached. Measurements in the tenth of a millimeter range are therefore no problem. Measurement results and evaluations are generated with a tablet on site.
The Optalign Smart RS measuring system is available for the alignment of shafts and couplings. The resolution is here 1 μm and angular 10 μ rad. The alignment with this laser-assisted measuring system is quick and easy to understand, and ensures a longer service life and lower downtime. Measurement results are optimally evaluated and documented.
The VM25 was developed especially for the measurement and monitoring of vibrations on rotating machines. The purpose of such measurements is the status monitoring to avoid unplanned failures. Furthermore, vibration measurements are carried out before the delivery of new machines and after repairs with regard to quality assurance and warranty.
The FLIR-ThermaCAM ™ E45 thermal camera is used in a variety of measurements and analyzes. Good examples are the detection of thermal bridges in thermal processing plants or the simple testing of terminal connections in switchgear. The measuring range is -20 to +250 ° C with an accuracy of ± 2% of the read value.
Analyzer testo 350, equipped with O2, including differential pressure sensor, temperature sensor input typy K NiCr-Ni and Type S Pt10Rh-Pt, connection for Testo bus system, rechargeable battery, integrated combustion air sensor (NTC), trigging input, data memory, USB interface, can be upgraded to max. 6 gas sensors from the selection of CO, COlow, NO, NOlow, NO2, SO2, CO2 NDIR, CXHY, H2S
At Münstermann various measuring instruments are used depending on the component and requirement. We use distance lasers, cross lasers, construction site theodolites as well as digital and analog leveling devices. For complex measuring instruments we use a Leica Totalstation TCRP1201. Using this equipment makes measureing 3D coordinates in the room possible.
The device is used for visual inspection in difficult areas. It allows the analysis and documentation of possible damage to hard-to-reach areas of industrial plants, pipelines and other cavities.
