The following short video shows a special turning mechanism with which work pieces are removed from the casting moulds semi-automatically. The moulds with the work pieces are transported from a wet storage area to the turning plate by a mechanical conveyor. The turning plate receives the mould (in the video covered by packing paper), is turned through 180° and is moved on to the demoulding area. Here the operator can remove the object ergonomically from the mould. When the work pieces stick in the moulds an automatic integrated shaking device will help loosen the contents when demoulding.

In the animation, in which a car is drawn on to the transfer car, is exemplarily shown the function of the transfer car.
