The video shows the functionality of a ceramic honeycomb dryer as part of a FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) in our production. A detailed article about the dryer can be found here.

The video shows the basic operation of the shuttle. Please note that the travelling speed during production is considerably higher than is shown on the video.

In the animation the complete oven process is shown. Starting with the unloading station for the kiln cars, over the way through the oven and finally the unloading of the kiln cars. Please note that Münstermann does not offer a high-temperature oven but units for temperatures up to 750°C.

The following short video shows a special turning mechanism with which work pieces are removed from the casting moulds semi-automatically. The moulds with the work pieces are transported from a wet storage area to the turning plate by a mechanical conveyor. The turning plate receives the mould (in the video covered by packing paper), is turned through 180° and is moved on to the demoulding area. Here the operator can remove the object ergonomically from the mould. When the work pieces stick in the moulds an automatic integrated shaking device will help loosen the contents when demoulding.
