De-dusting unit in a Swiss steel foundry

Punctually for the autumn the assembly of a steel foundry de-dusting unit for the Stadler Stahlguss AG (http://www.stadlerstahlguss.ch was completed in Biel, Switzerland.

With this de-dusting unit it is a question of the Münstermann tubular chamber filters of Type: SK44/4.5m III R. Cleaning sections, sanding sections, moulding stations and also a silo sand cooler are de-dusted. This unit replaces a cyclone with a filter fitted downstream and achieves a residue dust value of < 10mg/m³ of outgoing air.
