Münstermann takes over NEOTECHNIK
On 1st October 2008 Bernd Münstermann GmbH & Co KG from Telgte, Germany, takes over the company NEOTECHNIK GmbH of Bielefeld, Germany. The merger of these two companies will achieve an optimal rounding off of the product groups offered and use of the sales networks and will lead to a successful market extension.
Complement and extension to the product range in the de-dusting sector
NEOTECHNIK GmbH has at its disposal very extensive know-how in the project planning but also in the production of important structural components, scavenging and compressed air blown-off filter layer systems for complex de-dusting units and for pneumatic transportation of tobacco. Strengthening through synergy effects
Both companies profit from this strategic development. The Managing Director, Bernd Münstermann, stresses “The NEOTECHNIK product range present an ideal complement and extension to our products as they allow us access to new markets and we are therefore able to offer our customers an even greater range of products. This increased market penetration – stemming from the filter and de-dusting technology – will radiate positively on the other product sectors drying and material handling.
