Trolleys with emptying function of metal sheets

Transport metal sheets

For the transportat of powder-like products trolleys are the common transportat device. The powder-like products lay on metal sheets which can be removed from the trolley by means of a pulling device. Finally the metal sheets are transported to a collecting box via a lifting and turning appliance.

The products of different metal sheets in the collecting box are put together to a batch. The movements of the whole process are highly dynamic and are driven by servo motors. Each batch is passed on to the next process via a controlled system of piping.
