Curing oven for the automotive industry

In this curing oven seals that are used for sealing motor vehicle windows are produced.

The seals are placed in curing ovens at a temperature of 130°C for one hour. The seals are placed on metal transporting trays which in turn are stacked on pallets. These pallets are transported continuously in rotation by chain conveyors through the curing oven.

Before the actual oven zone there is a sluice zone both at its entrance and exit so that no softeners can escape from the material during the curing phase.
