Modification of old Standard Filterbau units VSK32
VSK32 and also VK32 filters were designed, developed and produced by the company Standard Fiterbau of Münster in the 1970s. Due to the demand Münstermann offers a simple conversion of these units with vibro-de-dusting systems to compressed air de-dusting (pulse jet) by using the new Münstermann filter heads.
As Münstermann took over the product programme of both Standard Filterbau and Lüscher Filterbau some years ago and has developed these programmes further Münstermann has, at its disposal, the details of the engineering and assembly plans of the old systems.
Advantage: modern units and automatically enlarged filter surface area
During the cleaning of the filter tubes in the VK32 unit one chamber has to be switched offline. Switching off the system with the Münstermann tube filters when de-dusting is unnecessary. As a result the filter surface area is automatically expanded by modification by the total surface area of the filter tubes of one chamber.

Incidentally
Münstermann does not only offer modifications to the Standard Filterbau units but also for modification of other makes and other technologies (e.g. electrostatic precipitator replacement).
