Pilot plant filter for test dust
After the Allgaier Werke GmbH (http://www.allgaier.de) had already put its trust in Münstermann for its drying drums for de-dusting purposes the new pilot plant filter has now been delivered.
This industrial filter unit is a tubular chamber filter of the type SK36/4m II R with external insulation. This unit at Allgaier is used for different test dusts. A test moving-bed drier in Allgaier’s main factory in Uhingen is de-dusted here. Münstermann supplied the complete unit including the pure gas piping, sound absorbers, the rotary feeder and the fresh air intake flaps.
This industrial unit is one of a series of products with which a large number of Allgaier drum drier have been de-dusted.
Some specifications of the product series:
- The filter series for air quantities from 10,000 m³ to 60,000 m³.
- The unit is available with 2 up to 10 chambers.
- Pure gas dust volumes of < 10 mg/m³ can be reached.
- The filter bag materials are made from Dolanit (PAC polyacrylnitrile fibres) and are particularly well suited to the dedusting of a damp drying process of, for example, abrasive materials such as silica sand.
