Current projects in the field of de-dusting plants

Bag chamber filter for fabric tapes

As well as the well-tried and trusted tube filters further de-dusting solutions are offered with the so-called bag pocket filters. These filters are particularly interesting when small and compact solutions are required.

The latest TK-6 bag pocket filter has been taken into operation by the company Emil Jäger GmbH & Co. KG (http://www.emil-jaeger.com). The firm builds machines for the production of paper machine clothing. During the production process fabric tapes are smoothed off by sanding, during which process dust arises that must be filtered off. Münstermann’s TK-filters are optimally designed and suited to this task.

Advantages of the Münstermann TK de-dusting solutions

  • Small and compact construction
  • Low emission values: 1 to 2 mg/m³
  • The actual filter elements are easily changed
  • Several different types of filters are available depending on the type of application and type of dust produced
  • The filters can be delivered in container-units what ensures low freight costs

You will find detailed information about the filter and de-dusting solutions from Münstermann and NEOTECHNIK on a combined website: http://www.mn-filtration.com
