Overview ceramic and AAC industry

The areas of application and the branches, in which our units are used, are manifold. In some branches Münstermann has at its disposal special competences, products and services. Besides units for the production of glass wool and mineral wool there are also those for the ceramic industry and the production of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC).

Transportation and production systems for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC)

In the production of AAC complex transportation and handling systems are necessary in order to connect all the requisite stations needed for the production process. Our handling solutions take over, for example, the integration into a track system, the transportation of the casting moulds to the casting unit, from the casting unit into the so-called reaction area, from there the autoclave and finally via the de-moulding station to the cutting section and on to the packing of the finished product.

Handling solutions and material handing for the ceramic industry

Whether it is for roofing tiles, lining bricks or facing bricks we transport heavy clay goods just as we transport porcelain plates or wash-basins made of fine ceramic. In the brick industry, as in the porcelain industry, it depends essentially on a high cycle time and the gentle transportation of mostly tip-sensitive products on a kiln-car.
