Turntables: fast reaction to special demands

Turntables with rails for the transportation of roller pallets for the confectionery industry. The disc has a turning range of 0°-180°. It is also equipped with a lifting function in order to lift the roller pallets from the track unit to the level of the roller conveyor.

The turntables are simply and easily assembled according to modular concept principles. They are variable in height and are fitted with adjusting devices and therefore can guarantee exact positioning and an accurate transition.

The following special requirements can be effected by using the turntables:

  • Maximum working load up to 40 tonnes
  • Turning range 0°- 360°
  • Conveyor system as integrated transport facility on the turntables.
