Curing ovens: customer-specific solutions for special tasks
Together with the customer and on the basis of the experiences made on both sides, solutions are worked out soundly. The resulting units reflect this in detail.
Examples are ovens for the drying of glass wool and the curing of the binder used for the production of the different types of glass wool. The diversity of products with regard to the density, the fibre fineness, the thickness of the material, the width of the material, and the strength of the glass is hereby taken into account by using the appropriate equipment in the unit.
The fact that our curing ovens are easy to maintain is an important characteristic not only in this industrial sector. The effectiveness of the curing oven is optimised by a comprehensive sealing procedure at the most important processing positions.
The modular construction of the ovens makes not only an uncomplicated adaptation to the production capacity possible but in addition presents the opportunity of simple extensions even years after the unit has been taken into operation.
The large pre-fabricated modular components ensure a short assembly time. For this reason it is possible for Münstermann to replace a 40 meter long curing oven within 8 weeks (glass to glass).
