The design and development of our units is based on a concept of modules which can be described as the principle of unitized construction. The most important characteristics of the modularity are listed as follows.
Modular Concept
The units are based on filter chambers. Each chamber contains either 36 or 60 filter tubes with an operative length of either 1420, 2420, 3220 or 4420 mm and a diameter of 140 or 160 mm. These chambers can, depending on the requirement, be set up in the units in a row or a double row. The number of chambers lies normally between one and 12, however this can nevertheless turn out to be more.
With the aid of a few parameters the costs of a new unit can be estimated very accurately and quickly.
Container construction
As a global supplier of de-dusting units not only the design and development of a unit is taken into account but also the transportability. For this reason the units are so conceived that they can be despatched in 40-foot containers.
Possibility of extension
The units can be supplied either welded together or screwed together. The advantage of a welded unit is the simple assembly on site, while the unit that is screwed together is in some cases easier to transport and more flexible to assemble.
