Filter and de-dusting technology
SK-Bag chamber filters
Today, cloth filters are the most widely used filter systems. As a rule, they work by suction operation. Nearly all bag filters feature a large dust-laden gas duct which allows acceptance of dust-laden gas flows with high dust loads. Sag filters in most cases are so-called top loaders which means that the bags are installed into the filter housing from the top. The filter bags are pulled over supporting cages to prevent them from collapsing when be loaded on the outside with dust.
You will find detailed information about the filter and de-dusting solutions from Münstermann and NEOTECHNIK on a combined website: http://www.mn-filtration.com
For the cleaning of these filters, compressed air is usually used. This process is called jet de-dusting. Through a cleaning system, compressed air is blown into the tube interior in waves which expands the filter bags in pulses and removes the dust from the tube's surface. SK-Filters can be supplied in nearly all sizes. The filter surfaces range from 10 to approx. 1.400 m2.
