Chemical industry

The multiplicity of the products and their various methods of production in the chemical industry place great demands on the transport and handling of the materials.

Whether it be the transport of part-load goods or bulk goods in goods carrying trays, the conveyors are fitted to the individual requirements of their production.

For the further processing of chemical powders, for example, so-called discharging stations are employed in which the powder is automatically removed from the transport wagons and emptied into a funnel until the wagon is completely empty. After this the powder is directed via pipes and distributors to the further processing machine.

In order to improve the contact between the product and the conveying system or the material handling devices it is possible to produce all material contacting elements from stainless steel.

With or without explosion-proof

As, in this branch, explosive goods are very often used, then depending on the requirements, the units can be produced in different explosion protected zones (ATEX) to guarantee operational safety of the machine.
